Bolt and Nuts

I liked the movie, except for few areas.

The movie had a lot of positives. First biggest positive was Kamal himself. I felt, Kamal Hassan was genuine in painting a realistic picture of Afghanistan, war affected zone, common people and fundamentalists there. Also, the plot which connects with some real incidents. The movie starts in America, takes you all through the life of people in Afghan war, provides some insights about the war against terrorism and then a plot back in New York. The point why and how humans are trained to fight the west was outlined to an extent. Emotions and sentiments of fighters and their family members were also clearly portrayed. Rahul Bose and his performance perfectly suited the role. The Kathak song/dance by Kamal and troupe based on Dwijvanthi raaga was mind blowing. Intermittent humors, some with a thought provoking side note kept the movie alive. The…
